Privacy, in plain English.
BDC Goodies is free and we want to keep it simple.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: the Goodie Drop sign-up, a How Am I Doing? request, or a Bulletin Board challenge. That can include your name, email, role and dealership.
What we do with it
We use it to send the Goodie Drop, run and report on the mystery shop you asked for, and answer challenges on the Bulletin Board (without your email or store name). We don't sell it, and you can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
The tools
Two tools use AI: What Do I Say Next? (when you paste a lead) and Script Roast. The text you paste is sent to our AI to write your answer. We strip out email addresses and phone numbers before it leaves your browser, and we don't save what you paste. Every other tool, including the pick-the-stage version, runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us.
Who runs this
BDC Goodies is run by Heartbeat Labs. To ask about your information or have it removed, reply to any Goodie Drop email or note it in any form on the site.
